Staff Management | SMX in Swanton, OH is hiring motived Air Logistics Warehouse Associates to support essential daily operations for our client Worldwide Flight Services! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. We are now offering a $150 Referral Bonus! (Per eligibility requirements)
Note: Shifts and schedules are subject to rotate with Associates receiving 2 consecutive days off per work week!
Early Morning Shift:
- 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM | $18.50/hr
Afternoon Shift:
- 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM | $18.50/hr
Overnight Shift:
- 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $18.50/hr

Duties:
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks and pallets safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) if trained/certified.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
