Job Title: Air Logistics Care Specialist
Job Summary:
The Air Logistics Care Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing air freight shipments while providing high-level customer support. This role ensures timely and accurate movement of goods, maintains communication with clients and carriers, and resolves any shipment-related issues to deliver a smooth logistics experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air import and export shipments from origin to final delivery
- Prepare and review shipping documents (air waybills, invoices, customs paperwork)
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
- Communicate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies quickly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all air freight regulations and company procedures
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems
- Support billing processes and verify freight charges when needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, air freight, or customer service
- Knowledge of air import/export processes and documentation is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems
