Air Force Facilities Project Officer
Clearance Required: Secret (TS/SCI Eligible)
Location: JBLE 363rd ISRW
Position Summary
Leidos is seeking a Project Officer to support strategic facilities planning, programming, and acquisition activities for the 363d Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing. This role drives short‑, mid‑, and long‑range planning for ISR facilities worldwide, ensuring infrastructure projects are properly scoped, funded, and executed in alignment with Air Force standards and mission requirements.
The Project Officer develops and manages project programming documentation, assists Government Project Managers in defining requirements, and monitors cost, schedule, and performance across multiple facility and acquisition efforts. The selected candidate will also prepare and deliver status updates, reports, and briefings to senior leadership and mission stakeholders.
