The organization is undergoing a large-scale AI technology transformation and is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple strategic workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall program governance and execution
- Own the integrated delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, and workstream reviews
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and risk mitigation
- Track delivery progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, operations, security, risk, and finance teams
- Agentic AI / Agentic SDLC
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- AI Operations / Production Support
- Metrics & Tokenomics
- Infrastructure Operations
- Strong Program Management experience within large-scale technology transformation programs
- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience managing multiple technical workstreams and complex dependencies
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Exposure to AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology programs is highly preferred
- Financial Services / Banking domain experience is highly desirable
