    We are seeking an AI Transformation Manager to lead global AI and automation transformation across the Internal Control organization. This role will identify and scale opportunities to modernize manual processes, expand monitoring, and embed AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate combines internal controls expertise, hands-on AI and automation experience, strong program leadership, and the ability to translate technical initiatives into clear business value for senior stakeholders. This position partners closely with regional Internal Control teams, Data Science, IT, and cross-functional leaders to prioritize opportunities, govern pilots, build transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption at scale.

    In this position…

    • While you do not need to be a coder or ML engineer, you must be a hands-on practitioner of AI and automation tools - already finding ways to automate tasks, analyze data, and accelerate your own productivity.
    • This role reports to the Director- Internal Controls Strategy & Governance, with a dotted-line relationship to Data Science resources, and close collaboration with regional Internal Control leads to identify and prioritize pain points for AI-enabled solutions.

    AI Transformation Manager- Internal Control

    What you'll do...

    • Serve as global program owner for AI and automation transformation within Internal Control, setting strategy, priorities, and standards across all regions.
    • Champion the identification and implementation of AI and smart automation efficiencies in current-state manual controls evaluation procedures to enable the future-state operating model.
    • Lead Workflow Reimagination: Baseline and prioritize existing control workflows; build "reimagined" process maps identifying the AI enablers needed to accelerate each step.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for proactive, continuous control monitoring and expanded controls testing coverage through AI and automation.
    • Partner with regional Internal Control leads to gather and prioritize pain points, ensure regulatory/cultural nuances are reflected in solution design, and drive local adoption of globally deployed tools.
    • Direct prioritization of work with the India-based Data Science team (dotted-line), translating regional business requirements into technical specs and aligning delivery with the global roadmap.
    • Drive Rapid Experimentation & Pilot Governance: Capture problem statements from business sponsors, stand up sandbox pilots, and own decisions on whether pilots scale, get redesigned, or are sunset - informing build-buy-partner decisions with IT and Data Science.
    • Lead design and implementation of AI/automation solutions globally, including root-causing high-risk manual processes, embedding AI-driven controls into new business initiatives (e.g., new subsidiaries, systems implementations), scaling regional pilots globally, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (S-Ox, GDPR, data privacy, model risk management).
    • Develop and annually refresh a global AI transformation roadmap, incorporating input from all regional leads and aligned to the company's control and risk management objectives.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert on AI literacy and internal control use cases for the enterprise-wide internal control organization and cross-functional stakeholders, advising leadership and peer teams on responsible, effective AI and automation adoption in a controls context.
    • Automate Program Management: Apply AI tools to streamline your own workflows - automated status reporting, meeting synthesis, risk flags, task tracking.
    • Build Intelligent Dashboards: Own automated dashboards tracking leading/lagging metrics, pilot status, and projected ROI for senior leadership.
    • Build business cases quantifying efficiency gains, risk reduction, and cost savings; develop change management plans and training/playbooks to scale AI adoption and literacy globally.
    • Deliver Executive Storytelling: Translate technical AI initiatives into concise executive communications on business value and risk-adjusted paths forward.
    • Facilitate regular global forums with regional leads and the India Data Science team to track progress and re-prioritize the roadmap; stay current on emerging AI/ML trends relevant to controls, audit, and compliance.
