Role Overview
Owns the Enterprise AI knowledge library and the role-based AI education curriculum. Responsible for the design, structure, and ongoing maintenance of both, and for executing the training programs, events, and communications that bring them to investment and non-investment teams. This role translates training strategies into high-quality deliverables including presentations, documentation, event logistics, and content management systems. This role is also responsible for managing the execution of ongoing training programs and KPI reviews to drive adoption and education strategy
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Enterprise AI Knowledge Library
Own the structure, taxonomy, and upkeep of the firm''s Enterprise AI knowledge library, spanning AI foundations, tools and platforms, governance and policy, and data.
Define and maintain the information architecture - metadata schema, labeling/taxonomy, and page templates - so content is consistently organized and discoverable.
AI Education Curriculum
Own the role-based AI education curriculum, designing learning pathways for both investment teams (PMs, analysts, traders, quants) and non-investment functions (ops, legal, comms, corporate).
Define proficiency tiers spanning the full spectrum of AI fluency and technical ability - from first-time users through advanced/builder-level - with clear progression between levels.

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $175,000 and $210,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
