AI Technical Lead (US-Bay)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and deployment of agentic AI systems.
   

2. Coordinate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business outcomes.
   

3. Define AI system architecture and select appropriate frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex).
   

4. Implement feedback loops and evaluation frameworks to enhance agent performance.
   

5. Ensure seamless integration of agentic AI into existing platforms with scalability.
   

6. Design monitoring and observability solutions for AI agents.
   

7. Optimize scalability and performance of deployed agentic AI systems.
   

8. Define strategies for deployment and operationalization of AI agents.
   

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Proven experience implementing AI solutions for enterprise-level challenges.
   

2. Strong expertise in AI system architecture and design.
   

3. Deep practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML), and agent development.
   

4. Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as Gemini, GPT, Llama 2, and Mistral.
   

5. Proficiency in frameworks like LangGraph, Google ADK, AutoGen, CrewAI, and orchestration tools.
   

6. Familiarity with MCP and agent-to-agent communication protocols.
   

7. Expertise in LLM evaluation techniques and agent performance evaluation
