AI Solutions Specialist

Hybrid position

Position Summary

The AI Solutions Specialist will lead the adoption and implementation of AI technologies across the organization. This role partners with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, and drive AI strategy, governance, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solutions & Enablement

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI automation opportunities.

  • Conduct workflow discovery sessions and process assessments.

  • Design, build, test, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, agents, and automations.

  • Translate business requirements into prompts, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Establish AI governance, standards, and best practices.

  • Deliver training, documentation, and user enablement programs.

  • Measure adoption, business impact, and continuous improvement opportunities.

AI Innovation & Strategy

  • Support the development of AI-powered tools and client-facing solutions.

  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and vendors.

  • Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives and solution integrations.

  • Contribute to AI strategy, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Ensure solutions align with regulatory, compliance, and data governance requirements.

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • Deep experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, and AI agents.

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and responsible AI practices.

  • Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams integrations, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft Fabric.

  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and system integrations.

  • Understanding of data privacy, governance, and security principles.

Business & Communication

  • Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping skills.

  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical AI solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience leading training sessions and driving organizational adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or Azure AI certifications.

  • Experience working in enterprise AI transformation initiatives.

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
