Position Overview

The AI Solutions Strategist will lead client engagements from discovery through implementation and adoption. This individual will work directly with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, define solution strategies, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure successful delivery against project commitments.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong project execution skills, and hands-on familiarity with AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery sessions to identify business needs and define prioritized AI initiatives within project scope.

• Translate client objectives into clearly defined solution plans and deliverables prior to execution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams during prototyping and implementation phases.
• Analyze operational workflows to uncover automation and AI optimization opportunities.
• Design and recommend AI-enabled process improvements.
• Manage project timelines and ensure delivery meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Support client training and adoption to ensure long-term success of implemented solutions.
• Track progress, utilization, and deliverables within project management systems.
• Gather feedback and iterate on solutions to continuously improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in AI strategy, AI implementation, LLM-based solutions, or related technology consulting.

• Demonstrated project management and client delivery experience, preferably in technology or consulting environments.
• Strong ability to analyze workflows and identify optimization opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple client engagements.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct client-facing experience in AI or automation initiatives from discovery through delivery.

• Familiarity with modern project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms).
• Background in consulting, workflow automation, or digital transformation.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML systems, LLM tools, or rapid prototyping environments.

Compensation

Base salary range: $65,000 – $90,000 annually, doe.
