Description

Summary: The AI Solutions Senior Specialist will partner with priority departments, beginning with Implementations and FinOps, to identify repetitive work and legacy business problems; map current-state workflows; design LLM-fed automation and AI-enabled workflows; build agents and automations using approved platforms; measure business impact; document best practices; train employees; and rotate to the next function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Observe, document, and map business workflows, including systems, handoffs, exceptions, decision points, and manual effort.
  • Identify repetitive work, process bottlenecks, legacy business problems, and opportunities to reduce avoidable operational effort.
  • Determine whether each opportunity is best addressed through standard automation, LLM-assisted workflow, agentic orchestration, or a combination of approaches.
  • Design LLM-fed automation that can classify, summarize, extract, route, validate, or structure information so it can reliably feed downstream workflows.
  • Build and configure AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations using approved platforms, including Power Automate, Glean, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Decagon, and Atlassian Rovo.
  • Use Power Automate and connected enterprise systems to streamline approvals, notifications, case creation, data movement, reporting, and other repeatable work.
  • Use Glean, Copilot Studio, Decagon, and Rovo to improve knowledge access, employee self-service, customer-service workflows, operational triage, and task execution.
  • Pilot solutions with end users, collect feedback, test edge cases, and iterate until the workflow is useful, safe, and maintainable.
  • Measure productivity gains, hours saved, cycle-time improvement, quality, adoption, reduction in manual effort, and resolution of legacy process issues.
  • Create reusable prompts, agent patterns, workflow templates, documentation, testing approaches, and governance standards.
  • Partner with People team/L&D to train employees, develop departmental champions, and support change management and adoption.
  • Maintain a prioritized AI and automation backlog, communicate progress, and rotate to the next function after the initial use case is stabilized.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Computer Science or Software Engineering is welcome but not required.
  • Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM applications, and no-code/low-code automation platforms, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Glean, Decagon, Rovo, Claude, Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Ability to design LLM-fed workflows that turn unstructured inputs into reliable, reviewable automation steps.
  • Ability to map a business process and translate it into automation, agent, data, and testing requirements. This is a business-process and platform-configuration role, not primarily a software engineering role.
  • Understanding of prompt design, grounding, knowledge sources, workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop review, and AI output evaluation.
  • Ability to identify when a use case requires technical engineering, security review, data remediation, or production support.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, customer mindset, and the ability to work credibly with both business teams and technical partners
