Focused on the CPG and Retail sectors, they partner with Fortune 500 organizations to design and implement scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $250k
  • Plus Equity and Commissions

Key Requirements

AI & Solution Architecture Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise AI, machine learning, data, or cloud solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field required.
  • Strong understanding of LLM applications, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and AI deployment patterns.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise architecture.
  • Ability to create solution architectures, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams.


Client-Facing Consulting Experience

  • Proven experience leading technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
  • Comfortable engaging executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and requirements-gathering skills.

Pre-Sales & Proposal Development

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Technical Advisor.
  • Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, define assumptions, and develop delivery roadmaps.
  • Experience creating technical proposals, statements of work, and solution presentations.
  • Strong understanding of balancing technical requirements, delivery timelines, cost, and risk.

Communication & Business Acumen

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation and executive-facing communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes.
