AI Adoption Specialist
Langley VA
Pay from $145,000/yr

MUST :

Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
5+ years of experience working in Technical project management or technical analyst with IT integration and adoption programs
Knowledge of enterprise AI and RPA platforms (e.g., Ask Sage and other DoW derived tools, e.g., Envision)
Working experience / knowledge of Air Force information security, OPSEC, and CUI handling requirements
Strong experience using collaborative reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, DAF365)
Ability to shift fluidly between hands-on coaching, applied instruction, and practical solution development.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior leaders, technical personnel, and end users
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong problem solving skills and highly analytical
Very detailed oriented

Bachelor s Degree in related field or additional years of relevant experience

DUTIES :
Ideal candidate will work with USAF to help bridging the gap between new AI/RPA systems and everyday users by managing change, building training programs, and tracking user engagement metrics
Collect and synthesize data to inform AI/RPA adoption strategies and measure mission impactCoordinate AI/RPA integration activities across multiple functional areas and units
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support AI/RPA integration
Identify AI/RPA opportunities through direct observation of workflows and user engagement
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI/RPA tools and provide recommendations for improvement
Work in both classified and unclassified environments; ability to operate in SCIFs and meet all physical security requirements
Provide applied hands-on training to users on AI/RPA tools in ACC mission-relevant contexts.
Provide technical advisory support on AI/RPA integration, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and classification requirements
Translate technical AI/RPA concepts into ACC mission-relevant guidance for operational users
Proactively identify AI/RPA opportunities without waiting to be tasked
