Job title: AI project manager
Location: Charlotte, NC or Chicago, IL
Days onsite: 3 days onsite
Contract: 6 months to perm

- Top Must-Haves:
- 7+ Years PM Experience –
- Do not show him a resume that says someone has 10-15 years of experience as an AI PM – it did not exist that long.
- 3+ years managing AI initiatives - strong understanding of the AI delivery life cycle.
- Agile expertise
- Prev. Financial Services Experience – (Client Project Management Experience gets the win)
- Strong stakeholder management skills – Excellent verbal and written communication.
- What he doesn't like? Doesn't want a solely technical PM - must have experience managing large scale initiatives end-to-end
- Nice to Have:
- Project Details:
- Reliability Engineering and Data Intelligence (REDI for short)
- GenAI initiative focused on automating prod support processes via reliability engineering and Data Intelligence.
- Root cause, platform restoral.
