    Job title: AI project manager
    Location: Charlotte, NC or Chicago, IL
    Days onsite: 3 days onsite
    Contract: 6 months to perm
    Interview process: 1 and done virtual interview

    • Top Must-Haves:
      • 7+ Years PM Experience –
        • Do not show him a resume that says someone has 10-15 years of experience as an AI PM – it did not exist that long.
        • 3+ years managing AI initiatives - strong understanding of the AI delivery life cycle.
        • Agile expertise
      • Prev. Financial Services Experience – (Client Project Management Experience gets the win)
      • Strong stakeholder management skills – Excellent verbal and written communication.
      • What he doesn't like? Doesn't want a solely technical PM - must have experience managing large scale initiatives end-to-end
    • Nice to Have:
      • Prev. Client experience
    • Project Details:
      • Reliability Engineering and Data Intelligence (REDI for short)
      • GenAI initiative focused on automating prod support processes via reliability engineering and Data Intelligence.
