In this role, you will design and oversee a portfolio of AI-driven projects aimed at automating tasks and eliminating inefficiencies. Collaborating across Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance, you will identify high-impact opportunities, deliver tangible results swiftly, and scale successful initiatives across locations to boost revenue and reduce costs, all while adhering to corporate standards and documentation practices.
Your Responsibilities
Opportunity Exploration
- Engage stakeholders to define business needs and constraints, translating strategic goals into actionable AI project criteria.
- Collaborate with departments to develop straightforward business cases, benchmark current performances, and quantify potential advantages.
Program Management
- Partner with stakeholders to rank priorities based on value, impact, time savings, and risk management.
- Navigate the AI project roadmap into concise, iterative deliverables, focusing on business value and practicality.
- Guide the delivery process through milestone phases from scoping to scaling, adhering to governance standards and setting up decision protocols and risk controls.
- Work with IT to build the necessary data and IT infrastructure to sustain the AI initiative roadmap.
Execution
- Facilitate the handover of ownership for AI processes to relevant business stakeholders.
- Engage with change management initiatives to ensure seamless AI integration into regular processes, making AI an intrinsic part of operational workflows.
- Measure and document program benefits including cost savings, improved user experiences, and increased efficiency, sharing results with stakeholders.
- Disseminate AI knowledge across the organization, mentoring team members to recognize AI opportunities in their operations.
Governance
- Collaborate with Legal/HR to uphold data privacy and AI policies.
- Guarantee compliance with IT security and risk management guidelines.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in fields like Project/Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a similar discipline.
- Over three years of experience leading data/AI/automation projects within manufacturing or equivalent sectors, proving tangible financial benefits and operational time savings.
- Deep understanding of program management including business case development, roadmaps, and financial oversight.
- Superior communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with key departments such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing environments or similar settings.
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma and experience integrating AI within continuous improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with AI tools like MS CoPilot Studio, MS Fabric, MS Azure Foundry.
