AI Program Manager

Works closely with the SPM to provide operational, execution, and triage support for core hospitality technologies, including parking technology and digital keys. Bridges the gap between strategy and execution by providing onsite go-live support, driving user training, and managing “Keep the Lights On” (KTLO) operations.

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an AI Program Manager for their Las Vegas, NV location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Serves as the functional engine of the product team.
• Works closely with the SPM to provide operational, execution, and triage support for core hospitality technologies, including parking technology and digital keys.
• Manages day-to-day project organization, documentation, tech lab testing, and cross-functional release workflows, including CAB submissions.
• Bridges the gap between strategy and execution by providing onsite go-live support, driving user training, and managing “Keep the Lights On” (KTLO) operations.
• Triages routine defects, minor enhancements, and support requests to ensure seamless property operation
