We are hiring more than one Product Manager, across the two products at the center of Opus. One application puts you in front of both teams.
1. OpusClip: generative video editing. Editing is being rewritten by the same forces as generation. We point agents and video generation models at real footage: the system watches what was actually shot, decides what the story is, and then generates the edit itself, including pacing, reframing, coverage that was never filmed, and sound. That is the hard, unsolved half of multimodal video, and 20 million creators and businesses are already running their content through it, which means every model advance lands in front of a real audience within weeks.
2. Agent Opus: generative video from scratch. An AI-native, 0-to-1 product that turns an idea or a script into a finished video using the same multimodal and agent capabilities, with no footage required. We are still exploring product-market fit, and you would help define what this product becomes.
Same stack, same bar for taste, and the same conviction that the next generation of video tools generates rather than assembles. The difference is where the video starts: from footage that exists, or from an idea that doesn't yet. One is scaling a category leader, the other is creating a new category. Both roles work directly with our founding team, embedded in small, fast-moving teams that operate at AI startup speed with founder-level ownership.
Apply once. Tell us which product pulls at you, or that you are open to either, and we will place you where you will do your best work.
We are looking for people with strong product taste, founder-level agency, and deep curiosity about how AI changes creative workflows. Above all, we want people who actually make video, not just people who study the people who do.

Strong Product Ownership
Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for your product: from early exploration through product-market fit on Agent Opus, or from category leadership to the next order of magnitude on OpusClip. Identify high-leverage opportunities, make sharp prioritization decisions, and help define what AI-native video creation becomes.
Turn Model Capability into Product
Live at the frontier of multimodal models and agents, and decide what a new capability actually becomes for a user. Know what the models can and cannot do this quarter, design around the gap, and ship the version that feels like magic instead of a demo.
Architect Product Artistry
Translate cutting-edge multimodal AI research and capabilities into user experiences that feel intuitive and delightful. Act as a taste filter across the product, ensuring a high bar for quality, rhythm, and user experience.
Ship Fast and Rapid Prototyping
Operate with high autonomy and execution speed. Work directly with engineers and designers to prototype ideas, validate assumptions, and shorten iteration cycles before committing to full-scale development.
Strategic Market Pioneering
Develop deep understanding of our core users through direct research and hands-on engagement. Identify latent creator needs and competitive gaps long before they become industry consensus.
Guardian of Taste
Act as the final filter for aesthetic quality. You will ensure every feature meets an uncompromising standard for rhythm, composition, and visual harmony.

You make video yourself. You shoot, edit, generate, or publish, whether as a creator, a side project, or a genuine obsession, and you can show us the work. This is not a nice-to-have for us. Please include your portfolio, channel, or links if you have any.
Exceptional taste in video creation and editing, with an eye for detail across both product and content. You are hungry to turn that taste into real product impact and unique user value.
~3-8 years of product management experience, with at least some time in an early-stage startup environment.
Strong product sense. You can articulate what makes a product genuinely good, not just what makes it grow.
Hands-on working style. You are comfortable moving fast with incomplete information and don't need established processes to be effective.
Experience building consumer-facing (B2C) products and a habit of direct user research.
Genuine curiosity about the AI space. You follow developments in multimodal AI and agents, form your own opinions, and are excited to build in this category.
An eye for short-form content. You consume it, you have taste about what works, and you care about empowering creators.
---
Direct experience with AI/LLM products.
Depth on either side of the problem: generative editing over real footage (video understanding, agentic editing, reframing, coverage, sound) or generation from scratch (text-to-video, image-to-video, avatars, voice, music, motion).
Background in video, content creation, or creative tools.
Ability to prototype using code or no-code tools.
---
You need a roadmap handed to you.
You prefer stable metrics, settled scope, and established processes.
You view PM-ing primarily as coordination rather than product building.
You're uncomfortable operating with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
You haven't made a video, or used a creator or video editing tool yourself, in the past year.
You're not excited about the pace and unpredictability of fast-moving product development.
---
Two distinct bets, one application: ship generative editing to 20 million creators, or build a brand-new product in a brand-new category, both inside a company that has already done it once.
Direct ownership, working shoulder to shoulder with the founding team.
A small team where your work moves the needle visibly, every week.
Competitive base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
---
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145k - $270k annually. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus.
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location.
On top of cash compensation, we offer competitive equity packages (ISOs) because if you're building the company, you should own a piece of it.
---
Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage to support you and your well-being.
Flexible paid time off that empowers you to recharge, reset, and come back stronger.
Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget, including MacBook, 4k monitor, standing desks and more of what you need to be creative and productive.
Access to the latest technologies and tools.
Free lunch and dinner, plus a wide variety of global snacks and beverages for onsite positions.
Visa sponsorship available, subject to eligibility.
