    About the Role

We are currently looking for an AI Product Manager to join our Marketing-Product team. In this role, you'll design, build, and launch digital training products and agent-led simulations using AI tools without a dedicated engineering team. You'll work closely with clinical subject matter experts, nurse educators, and operations leads to turn training needs into effective, engaging digital learning experiences.

This is a first-of-its-kind role with real room to define how AI-powered product development works here. If you love building with AI tools and want to apply that to meaningful healthcare training content, we want to hear from you.

    What You'll Do

    • Define and launch the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled products that create measurable customer and business value

    • Apply product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to translate stakeholder needs into prioritized problem statements and iterative releases

    • Validate solutions and reduce risk through rapid experiments, scaling what works across channels and segments

    • Establish success metrics and observability for product and model performance

    • Confirm all solutions meet security, privacy, and responsible-AI standards

    • Partner cross-functionally to align training priorities with business goals

    What You'll Need

    • 5+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education) as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related technology/software role

    • Hands-on "vibe coding" experience — demonstrated ability to build functional products, workflows, or content using AI tools/LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) with little to no traditional engineering support

    • Comfort working in a no-code/low-code environment to build digital products independently

    • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, engaging content

    • Ability to manage ambiguity and create structure in a role with limited internal precedent

    • A collaborative mindset — you're comfortable working closely with clinical SMEs, non-technical stakeholders, and leadership

    Nice to Have

    • Hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or Claude Agents for building apps, automations, or interactive tools (strongly preferred)

    • Experience building training simulations, branching scenarios, or interactive e-learning content

    • Background in healthcare, clinical operations, or nursing education (or a strong ability to quickly ramp up on clinical workflows)

    • Experience with AI-native content platforms like Articulate Rise, Synthesia, Notion AI, or Gamma

    • Exposure to prompt engineering, AI agent configuration, or workflow automation tools (Make, Zapier, or similar)

    Other Details

    • Classification: Exempt

    • Reports to: Director of Product and AI Innovation

    • Some travel required (up to 5%)

    • Regular computer/keyboard work; light to moderate lifting
