Explain a typical day in the role.:
A typical day would begin with reviewing and triaging GPU Deployment Hub user questions, with approximately 5 questions currently received each day through Teams and email, along with any active ICMs and production issues. The resource would investigate issues, coordinate with the appropriate teams, communicate status to users, and drive follow-ups toward resolution.
The remainder of the day would typically include supporting KTBR (Keep The Business Running) and feature requests through the delivery lifecycle, including requirement documentation, backlog tracking, sandbox validation, business UAT coordination, sign-off, and production release communication. The resource would also work with business stakeholders to capture new requests, track actions and decisions, and support preparation and follow-up for the monthly Application business review.
In short, this role provides end-to-end operational ownership across user support, incidents, KTBRs, testing, releases, and business engagement, allowing the Product Manager to focus more consistently on strategic product direction and cross-org priorities.

What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?:
The ideal candidate would have experience in product operations, program management, business analysis, or enterprise application support, preferably supporting a business application with multiple business and engineering stakeholders.

Key qualifications would include:
- Experience supporting business users and triaging production issues.
- Ability to gather business needs and write clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for KTBRs and feature requests.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable requirements that engineering teams can understand and implement.
- Experience coordinating with engineering teams on issue resolution and feature delivery.
- Experience tracking KTBR/feature requests through requirements, development, testing, UAT, sign-off, and production release.
- Ability to perform initial functional validation in a sandbox/test environment before handing capabilities to business users for UAT.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across business and engineering teams.
- Good organizational and follow-through skills to maintain backlogs, track actions and decisions, and drive open items to closure.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, incident management/ICM processes, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools would be beneficial.
The candidate should be comfortable independently owning the day-to-day operational and business-support workflow for the Appliation they will be supporting, including user support, incidents, functional requirements, KTBR coordination, testing/UAT, and release communication, while the Product Manager retains ownership of product direction, prioritization, strategic requirements, and cross-functional alignment.
What are unique selling points that would get candidates interested in your role over another?: This role provides a unique opportunity to work on GPU Deployment Hub, a business-critical product supporting GPU capacity deployment workflows, with direct exposure to business and engineering stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Key selling points include:

- High business visibility and impact: Work directly with users and stakeholders across CO+I, EG, EG Quota, Finance, engineering, and other partner teams.
- End-to-end product lifecycle exposure: Participate across the lifecycle from gathering business needs and writing functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria through development, functional validation, business UAT, production deployment, and release communication.
- Hands-on problem solving: Investigate real production issues, coordinate ICM resolution, and work with engineering teams to improve the user experience.
- Direct customer engagement: Regular interaction with GPU Deployment Hub users provides an opportunity to understand real business processes, pain points, and how product capabilities are used in practice.
- Meaningful ownership: Own day-to-day operational workflows, KTBR coordination, issue tracking, testing, UAT coordination, and follow-through rather than working on a narrowly defined part of the product.
- Strong learning opportunity: Build experience at the intersection of product operations, business analysis, engineering delivery, cloud infrastructure, and GPU capacity deployment.
The role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being close to both the business and the technology, likes solving problems, and wants broad hands-on experience taking requirements and improvements from business need through production

How will contractor performance be measured?:
Contractor performance will be measured based on the quality, timeliness, and consistency of operational execution and follow-through for GPU Deployment Hub.

Key measures will include:
- User and production support: Timely acknowledgement, triage, tracking, and coordination of user questions and production issues through resolution.
- Incident management: Effective monitoring and coordination of ICMs, with clear status communication, ownership tracking, and follow-through on open actions.
- Functional requirements: Quality and completeness of functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation for KTBRs and feature requests, with requirements clear enough for engineering teams to implement.
- KTBR delivery: Consistent tracking of KTBR items from requirements through development, validation, business UAT, sign-off, and production deployment.
- Testing and UAT: Thorough initial functional validation before business UAT, timely coordination of UAT activities, clear documentation of issues and feedback, and tracking through closure.
- Release management: Accurate and timely communication of production releases and confirmation that delivered capabilities are available for business use.
- Business engagement: Effective preparation and follow-through for GPU Deployment Hub business reviews, including tracking actions, issues, decisions, feature requests, and owners.
- Operational discipline: Maintaining an accurate backlog and documentation, proactively identifying blockers, and consistently driving open items to closure.
Overall, success will be measured by the contractor's ability to independently and reliably manage the day-to-day operational business-support workflow for GPU Deployment Hub, while ensuring strong communication and follow-through across business and engineering teams

Where is the work able to be performed?: Onsite
If Onsite or HWA required, indicate why: Preference / collaboration / convenience
If REMOTE: Are work hours flexible to accommodate time zone variance (+/- 2-3 hours?): Yes
