Job Description Summary
The AI Product Experience Strategist will help GE HealthCare transform commercial and customer-facing workflows through artificial intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, human-centered experience design, workflow transformation, and AI/agentic technologies.
The role will identify high-value opportunities to apply AI, redesign how people and technology work together, and translate those opportunities into intuitive, trusted, and measurable product experiences. This includes embedded and "headless" AI experiences that proactively surface insights, recommend actions, update information, and execute work within existing business workflows.
The successful candidate will help move the organization beyond adding isolated AI features toward creating AI-native products and experiences that reduce coordination overhead, increase customer-facing time, improve decision quality, accelerate speed to market, and deliver measurable business value.
