Enterprise AI Engineer (GenAI Process Engineering)

We're seeking a hands-on AI engineer who can design, build, and deploy enterprise GenAI solutions—not just prototype them.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on software development experience with Python (or another AI-focused programming language).
• Practical experience building AI applications using LLMs, including prompt orchestration and model integration.
• Foundational understanding of modern AI architectures and patterns, including:
• • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Autonomous/Agentic AI systems
• Experience building AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Ability to integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Gemini) within enterprise applications.
• Experience engineering production-ready AI solutions using APIs, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
• Comfortable collaborating across business, architecture, and data teams to translate business processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
