About the Role
Boogie Team is building a pool of professionals who use AI tools to support real business work in administration, operations, marketing, content, research, sales support, customer support, automation, or design.
This is not an AI-engineering or programming-only role. We are interested in your underlying professional skill and how you use AI to improve useful, accurate work.
Remote opportunities aligned with U.S. Pacific Time. Project-based, part-time, or full-time arrangements, exact shifts, and compensation depend on the available assignment.
This is a general recruiting pool for current and future client assignments; applying does not guarantee an immediate opening or placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to research, draft, organize, or improve business deliverables.
- Support tasks relevant to your professional track, such as documentation, content, CRM updates, research, support materials, or visual assets.
- Create useful documents, templates, workflows, or simple systems.
- Review AI-generated content for accuracy and quality before submitting it.
- Organize findings, clarify instructions, and communicate progress to teams or clients.
- Learn relevant tools and apply them to practical business needs.
Requirements
- Experience using at least one relevant AI tool, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Perplexity, Notion AI, or a similar platform.
- An existing professional skill in administration, marketing, customer support, sales, research, operations, automation, design, or a related field.
- Good written English, attention to detail, and independent remote-work skills.
- Ability to check and improve AI output rather than copy it without review.
- Willingness to complete a short role-specific skills task.
- Describe your professional track, tools, availability, and examples of AI-assisted work.
- Submit your CV and a 60–90 second audio or video introduction using your own voice. Explain your relevant experience, the tools you use, and your Pacific Time availability. Audio-only is welcome.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, CapCut, CRM tools, or project-management software.
- Previous remote work supporting international clients or teams.
- A portfolio, work sample, workflow, or practical AI-assisted project.
