The Role and Team
We are looking for a Staff AI/ML Engineer to join our Medallia AI Platform team and set the technical direction for our AI platform. You will define the architecture and standards that the next generation of AI products is built on, and you will lead engineers across teams to deliver them.
As a Staff AI/ML Engineer on the AI Platform team, you will own the technical strategy for our AI platform and architect the building blocks of our next-generation AI products. You will influence design across product, platform, and infrastructure teams, mentor senior engineers, and make the tradeoffs that keep the platform secure, scalable, and reliable for enterprise customers.

Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $172,500 - $255,875. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
