    Position Overview/Responsibilities for the AI-Native Software Engineering Manager:

    • Lead and mentor a diverse team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. 

    • Oversee the delivery of high-quality software, ensuring timely completion of features, bug fixes, and technical investments. 

    • Engage in technical oversight, including architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.

    • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and ensure effective integration of AI agents in the software development lifecycle. 

    • Collaborate with engineering leaders to uphold AI development standards and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.

    Required Skills for AI-Native Software Engineering Manager:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    • Over 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 

    • Proficiency in C# / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server / Azure SQL, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular. 

    • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment practices.

    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with a commitment to AI-native engineering practices.
