Description

IDR is seeking an AI-Native Quality Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Rosemont, Colorado. This role involves designing and implementing automated testing strategies for AI-native systems, ensuring high-quality delivery within a cutting-edge AI-driven organization. The company operates in the technology and AI innovation space, emphasizing quality assurance in complex, agentic AI environments.

Position Overview for the AI-Native Quality Engineer:

  • Responsible for designing and owning automated test coverage across API, UI, and integration layers within an AI-native delivery model.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained in an environment where AI agents contribute to code and test generation at scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement testing strategies that support AI and enterprise system integration.
  • Operate hands-on automation tools and frameworks to safeguard the quality and performance of AI systems.
  • Act as a key quality safeguard in a fast-paced, innovative AI engineering environment.

Requirements for the AI-Native Quality Engineer:

  • Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C# with a focus on AI/ML workloads.
  • Experience with AI/LLM development, including API integrations such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and LangChain frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, microservices, cloud platforms, and container orchestration, with at least one major cloud provider.
  • Knowledge of data pipelines, ML concepts, and security/regulatory compliance related to AI systems.
  • Proven ability to develop, execute, and own automated testing frameworks for complex AI systems.
