Job Title: AI ML Ops Enterprise Architect

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Ops Enterprise Architect to architect and implement scalable AWS ML/AI cloud infrastructure within a multi-tenant SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise architecture leadership, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, ML/data pipeline orchestration, DevOps, Kubernetes, GenAI, and data architecture experience.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience across architecture disciplines with significant enterprise architecture leadership experience.
5+ years: AI/ML Strategy & Roadmap Development.
4+ years: MLOps tools such as AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Databricks.
3+ years: ML & Data Pipeline Orchestration using Kubeflow, Apache Airflow, or similar.
2+ years: ML Feature Store tools such as Tecton, Databricks, or FeatureForm.
3+ years: DevOps, including Argo CD / Argo Workflows, and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes/ROSA.
3+ years: Enterprise Application Integration, preferably Guidewire or Salesforce.
4+ years: Data Platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
2+ years: GenAI/LLM technologies such as OpenAI or Gemini.
1+ year: Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or Google ADK.
3+ years: API orchestration using MuleSoft, Google Cloud API, or similar technologies.
Experience with AWS ML/AI cloud infrastructure in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Strong experience with Data Mesh Architecture and Data Product Design.
Strong knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
Experience developing data architecture guidelines and securing distributed systems.
Experience designing scalable, decoupled systems.
Strong strategy, roadmap creation, and stakeholder influence skills.
Experience with Azure Machine Learning (ML), DevOps, and Apache Beam is highly desirable.
Architect and implement scalable AWS ML/AI cloud infrastructure in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and IT teams to define requirements and establish best practices for ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.
Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and cloud technologies for MLOps, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Oversee the integration of ML pipelines with existing enterprise data and application architectures.
Provide architectural guidance for Guidewire integrations, where applicable.
Oversee ML/AI Kubernetes cluster management.
Provide guidance on ML/AI workflow orchestration solutions such as Argo vs. Kubeflow.
Guide the creation, management, and governance of ML/AI data pipelines using tools such as Apache Airflow.
Employ Argo CD to automate infrastructure deployment and management.
Mentor and guide technical teams on MLOps architecture, tooling, and best practices.
Develop and execute AI/ML strategy and roadmaps.
Drive data product development and AI-driven business process automation.
Ensure security, scalability, governance, and compliance across distributed ML/AI environments.
