AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking AI/ML Engineers to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build production-ready AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop multi-agent and multi-step workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Implement prompt engineering, context management, tool/function calling, and semantic search.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, enterprise applications, data sources, and business systems.
• Build LLM/model evaluation, monitoring, validation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Develop scalable Python-based AI services and support production deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python development.
• Hands-on LLMs, RAG, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• LangChain / LangGraph or equivalent.
• AI agents, tool/function calling, and multi-step workflows.
• Prompt engineering and context management.
• Model/LLM evaluation, monitoring, MLOps/LLMOps.
• APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Vector databases and semantic search.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP experience preferred.

Preferred:

• Pharma, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated-industry experience.
• GxP, Responsible AI, AI governance, security, and privacy knowledge.
• CI/CD, cloud-native development, and Agile experience.

Senior-Level:

• Lead architecture and delivery of complex enterprise AI solutions.
• Make technical decisions across models, data, orchestration, evaluation, and deployment.
• Mentor engineers and provide strong stakeholder/cross-functional leadership.
