Job Description:
Job Summary
- Client is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions across healthcare, pharmacy, and digital health platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, cloud technologies, and data engineering.
- The engineer will help build intelligent solutions that improve healthcare operations, pharmacy workflows, patient experiences, claims processing, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for healthcare and pharmacy applications.
- Develop predictive analytics solutions for healthcare operations, claims, and patient engagement.
- Build AI-powered applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and AI-powered search solutions.
- Process and analyze large healthcare datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms.
- Build and maintain scalable AI services and REST APIs.
- Develop model training, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, healthcare stakeholders, and product teams.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.
Required Technical Skills
- 5 8+ Years of Experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Strong SQL and data processing skills.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
- Understanding of data privacy and security requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, pharmacy, health insurance, or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and PII data protection.
- Experience with healthcare claims, prescription data, eligibility, and patient engagement datasets.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, and MLflow.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in production healthcare environments.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
