AI Microsoft Power Platform Consultant

IFC is expanding its use of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Azure-based services to modernize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate AI-powered solutions. We seek an experienced Power Platform Architect and Technical Lead for a 12+ month contract position based in Washington, Washington, to lead solution architecture, guide engineering teams, establish development standards, and work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and RPA implementations
• Lead solution architecture and design for enterprise-scale Power Platform initiatives
• Guide and mentor technical teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
• Oversee integrations, governance, security, and application lifecycle management
• Establish and enforce development standards and enterprise security requirements across all Power Platform projects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and align technical solutions with organizational goals

Qualifications

• Required
• Strong software development background with hands-on architecture experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse)
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure AI services
• Experience designing and implementing RPA solutions
• Proven ability to establish governance, security, and application lifecycle management frameworks
• Ability to mentor technical teams and drive adherence to enterprise standards and best practices
