AI Marketing Automation Specialist

Department: Marketing

Reports to: VP Marketing

Location: Delray Beach, Florida (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 per year

We help studios, gyms, spas, and salons run their business, connect with their clients, and get more done. AI is a big part of how we work, and our marketing team is leading the way.

About the Role:

Were looking for a creative, curious person who loves working with AI. In this role, youll use AI tools like Claude to create marketing content and build marketing automations for the WellnessLiving brand. Youll spend most of your day working side by side with AI. Youll tell it what to do, check its work, make it better, and turn great ideas into real results.

This isnt a coding job. Its a job for someone who can think clearly, write well, and knows a great piece of marketing when they see it.

What Youll Do:

• Build and manage automated email and SMS campaigns that reach the right people at the right time
• Use AI to create engaging social media posts for WellnessLiving
• Use AI to write and improve website pages and blog posts
• Write clear instructions (prompts) that help AI create high quality work
• Review everything AI creates and make sure its on brand, accurate, and ready to go
• Follow step by step guidance from AI tools to set up and test new workflows
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into finished campaigns
• Keep testing and learning new ways to use AI to save time and get better results

What Will Make You Successful:

• You can instruct AI well. You give clear, detailed directions and you know how to get the best out of AI tools.
• You ask great questions. You dig in to understand the goal before you start, and youre not shy about asking for help.
• You can follow instructions and stay patient. AI often guides you step by step. You follow along carefully, and you stay calm and keep going when something takes a few tries to get right.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, content, or communications
• Excellent writing skills. You can write in a clear, friendly, and engaging way.
• Hands on experience using AI tools in your work
• Experience with email, SMS, social media, or website content
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort learning new software quickly
• Bonus: experience in the health, wellness, or beauty industry

This Role Might Not Be For You If:

• Youd rather do everything yourself than work with AI
• You get frustrated when something takes a few tries to get right
• You prefer to be told exactly what to do instead of asking questions and figuring things out
• Youre happy with "good enough" instead of excellent
