We are seeking an AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI and machine learning solutions that solve complex business problems. This role combines hands-on ML development with software engineering best practices to build scalable models, support generative AI initiatives, and collaborate across engineering and business teams.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms including classification, regression, clustering, and deep learning
• Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production using CI/CD pipelines, containerization, or similar deployment frameworks
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and generative AI tools such as OpenAI APIs
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices including Git, version control, testing, and code reviews
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
