What You'll Do
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities
Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools that enhance accounting and finance workflows
Streamline manual processes such as reconciliations, reporting, data analysis, and financial forecasting
Support AI adoption across AP, AR, GL, FP&A, reporting, and compliance functions
Collaborate with ERP platforms including Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, SAP, or NetSuite
Develop dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and workflow enhancements
Assist with data governance, controls, and AI-related risk management
Train end users and champion organizational adoption of new technologies
Measure ROI and business impact of AI initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Systems Accounting, or Finance Transformation experience
Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, SAP, or NetSuite
Exposure to AI, automation, business intelligence, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of:
Financial Reporting
FP&A
General Ledger
Internal Controls
Accounting Operations
Process Improvement
Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical teams
Preferred Experience
AI implementation projects within finance or accounting organizations
Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, or similar analytics tools
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
ERP implementations or system upgrades
CPA, CMA, MBA, or related certifications
