RESPONSIBILITIES:The AI Implementation Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, and optimizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across the organization to facilitate the adoption of automation and AI-driven improvements. This role will partner with leaders and employees from all departments to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, and implement AI-powered tools that improve productivity, decision-making, customer service, and operational performance. This position requires collaboration across multiple locations and includes periodic travel to company facilities as needed.
- Develop and execute the organization's AI adoption and implementation roadmap.
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities where AI can improve
efficiency, quality, accuracy, IT security, or cost-effectiveness. - Partner with department leaders to understand operational challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions.
- Assist the company to prioritize solution initiatives considering overall impact and ease of
implementation. - Develop use cases and measure ROI, productivity improvements, and efficiency gains resulting from AI initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to corporate AI guidelines, make recommendations to improve AI guidelines, and assist the company to maximize results within the permitted framework.
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI technologies, platforms, and applications aligned with business objectives.
- Lead approved pilot programs and manage AI implementation projects from concept through deployment.
- Monitor AI performance and continuously improve implemented solutions.
- Analyze workflows across departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Operations,
Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT.
Design AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, and digital workflows that streamline
operations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects based on business impact and feasibility.
- Document AI solutions implemented to ensure continuity of institutional knowledge amongst users and management.
- Develop and deliver AI training programs for employees at all organizational levels. Create AI user guides, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Promote responsible AI usage and support adoption efforts throughout the organization.
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking to leverage AI tools in their daily work.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to educate employees on emerging AI technologies.
- Partner with IT, HR, and leadership teams to ensure AI solutions comply with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong partnerships with managers and employees across all business functions.
- Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field required, or equivalent professional experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, technology implementation, project management, AI, automation, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Experience implementing AI tools, workflow automation, or enterprise software solutions required.
- Experience leading training initiatives and organizational change efforts preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Ability to identify business challenges and translate them into practical AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker
- Ability to train and coach employees with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and other AI enabled business applications.
