Job Summary:This role focuses on building and managing a centralized library of AI-powered tools designed to enhance customer support operations. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these AI skills, from creation and verification to ongoing maintenance and quality assurance. The position requires a deep understanding of AI capabilities and a strong ability to translate complex processes into effective, production-ready tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and govern an AI skills repository, ensuring quality and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Design and execute evaluation frameworks for AI tool performance and accuracy.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI skills, including creation, updates, and retirement.
- Establish standards for AI tool development, documentation, and responsible usage.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience in technical program management.
- Proven ability in prompt engineering and AI tool implementation.
- Exceptional written communication for technical documentation.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a customer support or operations environment within the technology sector.
