Key Responsibilities:
Manage AI asset inventory and lifecycle.
Coordinate AI governance intake, approvals, and risk assessments.
Track compliance with EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, FDA AI/ML guidance, and emerging AI regulations.
Maintain AI governance policies, documentation, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Support audits, governance committees, and cross-functional teams (Privacy, Legal, IT, InfoSec, Quality, R&D).
Monitor remediation actions and governance metrics.
Required Skills:
AI governance, compliance, privacy, or risk management.
AI risk assessments, governance workflows, inventory management, audit support.
Knowledge of Responsible AI (bias, transparency, privacy, security, IP).
Familiarity with AI regulations (EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, FDA AI/ML).
Strong project coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Experience with GRC tools (OneTrust, AuditBoard, ServiceNow) preferred.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or HS diploma with equivalent experience).
2+ years related experience (5+ years preferred) in governance, compliance, privacy, quality, or risk management.
Medical device/life sciences experience preferred.
IAPP certifications (AIGP, CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) are a plus.
