As a lead information security analyst, you'll drive the governance and security of Non-Human Identities, Machine Identities, and Agentic AI across the enterprise. In this role, you'll establish policies, processes, and controls to secure service accounts, API keys, secrets, and AI agents while enabling responsible AI adoption. Working across cybersecurity, IAM, cloud, and engineering teams, you'll use platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ and Microsoft Entra ID to govern machine identities, reduce identity risk, automate access decisions, and strengthen the organization's AI governance and identity security posture.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Minimum qualifications

• A minimum of eleven years related work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years relevant work experience.
• {OR} Master's degree or higher and a minimum of six years relevant work experience.

Preferred skills

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, and implementing or governing Non-Human Identity (NHI) or Machine Identity Security solutions.
• Familiarity with LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI-agent authentication models.
• Experience with SIEM and security analytics platforms such as Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and their identity and access management capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI Agents, Non-Human IDs, certificates, and workload identities in cloud and enterprise environments.

Compensation

• $132,210-$146,900/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
