Program Leadership

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Cloud transformation programs.
- Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
- Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology teams, and delivery organizations.

PMO & Governance Excellence

- Establish and maintain strong PMO governance processes.
- Drive program reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
- Monitor program health through dashboards, KPIs, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage and influence senior leadership, business stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients.
- Act as the primary escalation point for program issues and risks.
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide clear communication and executive-level presentations on program progress.
