The ideal candidates will bring a strong software development background and a startup mentality, enabling them to work independently with minimal coaching while rapidly delivering AI solutions for high-impact business use cases. This role will focus on turning emerging Agentic AI technologies into practical solutions that drive operational efficiency and cost savings across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, integrate, and implement enterprise Agentic AI solutions.
• Build scalable AI-powered applications and intelligent agents to address business use cases.
• Support the growing pipeline of Agentic AI initiatives and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop AI systems that deliver measurable business value and cost savings.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, platforms, data sources, and existing technology ecosystems.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI-driven solutions.
• Apply strong software engineering principles throughout the AI development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where Agentic AI can improve business processes.
• Help establish and evolve development, deployment, and integration practices for enterprise AI solutions.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine how they can be applied to enterprise use cases.
• Contribute to the expansion and technical maturity of the Agentic AI Foundry.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise requirements.
