AI Engineer

Hands-on, production-level experience building AI solutions, including agentic AI, GenAI, and RAG, who understands not just how to use these frameworks but how they work underneath. Beyond the technical depth, we need someone who can clearly explain their design decisions and collaborate with business and product teams to turn complex requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.

Position Summary:
Job Title: AI Engineer
Duration: 6 Months - Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433

Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon

Required Skills:

• Hands-on, production-level experience building AI solutions, including agentic AI, GenAI, and RAG, who understands not just how to use these frameworks but how they work underneath.
• They should bring solid data engineering foundations, meaning experience designing pipelines with proper transformations, model evaluation, and monitoring, along with cloud platform and API integration skills.
• Beyond the technical depth, we need someone who can clearly explain their design decisions and collaborate with business and product teams to turn complex requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.
