Location: Tampa, FL,(100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
 
Salary Range: $42.00 - $44.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).
Applicants must be willing to work on W2.
 
Job Summary:

• We are looking for a skilled AI Developer proficient in Python and experienced with LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain advanced AI applications, design modular prompt pipelines, and build knowledge graphs to enhance AI reasoning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI applications using Python.
• Design and implement chain-of-thought prompt pipelines utilizing LangChain for modular, scalable AI workflows.
• Build and integrate knowledge graphs with LangGraph to improve data connectivity and reasoning.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven features.
• Optimize AI model inference workflows to enhance performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and update AI components as necessary.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and promote best practices across the team.
