Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing and new products
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and inference
- Monitor, test, and optimize model performance in production environments
- Document technical architectures, workflows, and AI system designs
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on AI-driven features
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or large language models (LLMs) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
