A financial technology organization is hiring an AI Engineer III - Agentic AI to join its growing engineering team. This full-time opportunity focuses on building production-grade AI systems powered by LLMs, agentic workflows, and cloud-native infrastructure. You'll work with technologies including Python, Go, TypeScript, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and modern AI tooling while developing systems that operate on real financial data and support customer-facing products.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript
- Experience building and maintaining APIs and backend services
- Familiarity with AWS and/or GCP cloud environments
- Understanding of modern software development practices and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered features, LLM applications, or ML-driven products
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
Desired Skills & Experience- Experience building agentic AI applications or autonomous workflows
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures
- Exposure to vector databases, embedding pipelines, and semantic retrieval systems
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and evaluation tooling
- Experience working in fintech or other regulated environments
- Contributions to open-source software, hackathons, or personal AI projects
- Understanding of structured outputs, schema validation, and governance controls
