AI Engineer

Working cross functionally with business and technical stakeholders, you will evaluate new technologies, develop prototypes, demonstrate measurable value, and contribute to the future direction of enterprise AI initiatives. ROLE SUMMARY

The Intersect Group is seeking multiple AI Engineers to join a newly formed innovation team focused on advancing enterprise AI capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior AI leadership to design, build, and validate proof of concepts that leverage Generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building and experimenting with emerging technologies while transforming ideas into practical solutions. Working cross functionally with business and technical stakeholders, you will evaluate new technologies, develop prototypes, demonstrate measurable value, and contribute to the future direction of enterprise AI initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and prototype AI driven proof of concepts that solve business challenges and improve operational outcomes

• Design and implement Generative AI applications, agent based workflows, and intelligent automation solutions

• Evaluate emerging AI, analytics, and business intelligence technologies for potential enterprise adoption

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, validate concepts, and demonstrate value

• Build integrations utilizing structured and unstructured data sources to support AI driven solutions

• Develop and support knowledge graph and graph based data solutions where appropriate

• Present demonstrations, findings, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders

• Continuously refine solutions based on feedback, business priorities, and evolving technology opportunities

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 1 to 3 or more years of hands on experience developing solutions utilizing Generative AI technologies

• Strong SQL development skills with experience working with complex datasets and large scale data environments

• Experience building AI powered applications, intelligent workflows, automation solutions, or machine learning driven products

• Familiarity with graph databases, knowledge graphs, and graph based data modeling concepts

• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as Google Agent Development Kit, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar technologies preferred

• Exposure to analytics and business intelligence platforms including Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or related tools

• Demonstrated ability to learn, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving environment

• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
