Job Title: AI Engineer - Automation/Robotics 3
Location: Redmond , WA
Salary Range: $80/hr to $100/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Masters degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Strong foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Experience with simulation environments or robotic hardware
- Experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- 5 years of experience in Python
- minimum 1 year experience in ROS2
- Integrate new simulations or robotic arms with our robotic learning framework
- Collect and convert demonstrations for model training
- Launch finetuning runs of internal and baseline external VLAs
- Architect, design, and implement test automation infrastructure
- Develop training and evaluation pipelines using Azure Machine Learning
- Integrate new simulations or robotic arms with our robotic learning framework

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Analyze and refine training datasets for robotic and AI applications
- Develop tools for fast deployment of algorithms in simulation and on hardware
- Integrate robotic control and perception stacks with simulation frameworks
