About the Opportunity

As organizations move from experimenting with AI to operationalizing it, we're building relationships with consultants who can help people actually adopt new capabilities-not simply introduce another technology.

We are interested in AI Enablement and Adoption professionals who can bridge technology, business process, change management, communications, learning, and measurable adoption.

This is not necessarily an AI engineering role. The consultants we're looking for understand that successful AI transformation requires people to rethink how work gets done.

What You May Do

• Support AI readiness, enablement, adoption, and transformation initiatives.
• Identify high-value AI use cases tied to real business workflows.
• Develop enablement strategies, learning programs, workshops, communications, and adoption plans.
• Help users incorporate AI into everyday work effectively and responsibly.
• Partner with business, technical, communications, change, and leadership stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and identify adoption barriers.
• Develop measurement frameworks for usage, adoption, proficiency, and business impact.
• Support responsible AI practices and appropriate governance.
• Help teams redesign workflows rather than simply layering AI onto existing processes.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into clear, practical guidance for nontechnical audiences.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in AI enablement, adoption, organizational change, learning, communications, program management, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and modern AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with Copilot, AI agents, enterprise AI platforms, or similar technologies is highly valuable.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into understandable business language.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience developing training, workshops, adoption programs, or change strategies.
• Ability to identify business problems where AI can meaningfully improve outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating in an environment where technology and best practices are evolving rapidly.
• Ability to balance experimentation and innovation with responsible AI practices.

AI Fluency Matters

We want to understand not only which tools you've used, but how you've used AI to change the way work gets done.

Strong candidates should be prepared to discuss practical use cases, prompting and iteration, AI-assisted workflows, responsible use, adoption challenges, human-in-the-loop judgment, workflow redesign, and measurable impact.

We're much more interested in what you've actually done with AI than how many AI buzzwords appear on your resume.

Compensation

Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience, specific candidate location, and engagement requirements. For opportunities of this type, a typical pay range is between $104,000 and $156,000 per year based on full-time employment, plus employee benefits. Compensation for a specific future opportunity may vary.
