We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-focused B2B digital marketer with agency or consulting experience and a strong foundation across multiple digital marketing channels. This role supports broader marketing strategies by delivering high-quality marketing programs for Magnetude clients, leveraging both proven marketing fundamentals and emerging AI-enabled approaches to drive stronger outcomes. You’ll work closely with internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure consistent, effective delivery, and you’ll play a key role in translating strategy into action across channels. The role is best suited for a self-starter who’s passionate about marketing and client relationships, invested in continuously learning and evolving as the marketing landscape changes, and able to clearly connect individual programs to the broader marketing plan.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing against digital and demand generation program plans to meet and exceed client needs and goals
• Supporting client relationships through day-to-day execution, coordination, and communication
• Managing relationships and communicating project progress and requirements with internal and client audiences
• Pulling monthly performance metrics and conducting metrics analysis to inform client program recommendations and campaign optimizations
• Providing hands-on execution of inbound and outbound digital marketing efforts, including paid media, account-based programs, partner or channel campaigns, and marketing automation
• Managing and optimizing client websites via WordPress or other CMS
• Drafting, scheduling and publishing social media plans/programs
• Developing and managing email and integrated campaigns (e.g. webinars, nurturing programs, event promotions)
• Collaborating with internal specialists on additional facets of digital marketing, such as paid search, to support integrated programs
• Being proactive in identifying new approaches, tools, and programs to meet client objectives
• Supporting budget tracking and reporting in collaboration with account and strategy leads
• Driving monthly execution plans and supporting delivery against defined client retainers
• Leverage leading generative AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across marketing execution, while maintaining strong editorial judgment and human oversight
• Follow Magnetude’s guidelines for the responsible, ethical, and secure use of AI in marketing programs

Ideal Candidate

• Be positive, collaborative and a great communicator
• Be highly organized and enjoys interacting with clients
• Be a marketing generalist with a solid understanding of how individual programs support broader marketing efforts, and the ability to execute effectively within established strategies
• Have hands-on experience in at least a few of the following areas (content development, marketing automation, social media, channel marketing, PR, trade shows/events, and sales enablement).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education
• 5-10 years of prior experience in B2B marketing roles
• 3+ years of consulting and/or agency experience in a client-facing role
