    You do not need a traditional programming background. What matters most is deep e-commerce experience, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to turn business problems into scalable, automated solutions.

    Summary:
    We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven operator to build and optimize AI-powered workflows across our e-commerce business. This role focuses on applying AI to improve performance in key areas such as advertising, inventory management, keyword research, and overall operational efficiency.

    What you’ll do:
    Design and build AI-driven workflows to improve PPC performance (campaign structure, bidding logic, ad optimization)
    Develop systems to support inventory forecasting, replenishment, and stock optimization
    Create processes for keyword research, SEO, and product listing optimization
    Identify inefficiencies across e-commerce operations and automate them using AI tools
    Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to implement AI solutions
    Continuously test, iterate, and improve automated workflows based on performance data

    What we’re looking for:
    Strong background in e-commerce (marketplaces or DTC)
    Highly analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI
    Strong executor who can take ideas from concept to working systems
    Experience with PPC, catalog management, or supply chain operations is a plus
    Comfortable working with modern AI tools and automation platforms (no coding required)
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    This role is ideal for someone who understands how e-commerce businesses run and wants to fundamentally improve them through AI-driven automation and systems thinking.
