The Developer / Framework Specialist is a critical, high-impact role designed to bridge the gap between advanced modern technologies and day-to-day software engineering execution. Operating within our technology lab, you will be the driving force behind implementing robust development frameworks, establishing development lab standards, and unlocking the maximum potential of AI-assisted coding tools (specifically GitHub Copilot).

• Build AI-augmented development workflows

Use tools like GitHub Copilot, GenAI APIs, and automation scripts to accelerate coding and delivery.

• Develop AI-enabled features

Integrate ML/AI capabilities (chatbots, recommendation engines, NLP, predictive models) into applications.

• Automate SDLC Tasks using AI

Create solutions for:

• Code generation & refactoring
• Test case generation
• Bug detection & resolution
• CI/CD automation
• Implement AI in Testing

Develop self-healing test scripts, intelligent test coverage, and AI-based defect prediction.

• Work with Data & Models
• Prepare and process datasets
• Use APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, Hugging Face)
• Deploy models for inference
• Integrate AI into DevOps Pipelines

Enable AIOps practices like monitoring, anomaly detection, and intelligent alerts.

• Ensure Code Quality & Security

Validate AI-generated code, follow secure coding practices, and adhere to compliance standards.

• Collaborate with Architects & Data Teams

Translate AI architecture into implementable solutions and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Programming: Python, Java, JavaScript
• AI/ML basics (NLP, APIs, model usage)
• Cloud: Azure / AWS / GCP
• DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines
• APIs & microservices

Tools

• GitHub Copilot / CodeWhisperer
• LangChain, vector databases
• ML libraries (TensorFlow / PyTorch - basic)
• Testing frameworks (with AI plugins)

Salary Range- $100,000-$115,000 a year
