We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Delivery Leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions across the enterprise. Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Delivery Leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions across the enterprise. This role will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and scale AI products that deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in AI/ML with exceptional program leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Execution

• Lead the delivery of AI/ML initiatives aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals
• Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions and define delivery roadmaps
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and governance for AI solution delivery

Program & Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI programs (from ideation to production and scaling)
• Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure timely delivery with high quality and measurable impact

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to define priorities
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

Technical Leadership

• Guide teams on AI/ML architectures, MLOps, and deployment strategies
• Ensure adoption of best practices in data engineering, model development, and lifecycle management
• Oversee model performance, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing AI delivery teams (data scientists, engineers, analysts)
• Promote an agile, collaborative, and innovative culture
• Drive capability development in AI, analytics, and emerging technologies

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure responsible AI practices, including ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability
• Maintain compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, including 3 5 years in AI/ML program leadership
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions at scale

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps tools and model lifecycle management
• Familiarity with Generative AI, NLP, or advanced analytics solutions
• Certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML technologies
• Experience in consulting or enterprise transformation initiatives
