Job Title: AI Catalyst & Product Manager
Work Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Remote
Job Description:
  • We are seeking AI Catalyst & Product Manager professionals to identify high-value AI use cases, redesign legacy workflows, drive business adoption, and support workforce upskilling across enterprise functional areas.
  • This role combines product management, workflow redesign, change leadership, and practical AI implementation.
  • The successful candidate will be AI-native: someone who uses AI directly in their own work while also leading the implementation of AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows for the business.
  • Candidates should have experience implementing at least one AI product or AI-enabled business solution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize business-specific AI use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, and adoption readiness
  • Break down legacy workflows into tasks, decision points, handoffs, and control steps to define target-state AI-enabled workflows
  • Translate use cases into product requirements, implementation plans, and measurable success criteria
  • Support the design and deployment of business-specific agents, copilots, or AI workflow solutions
  • Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change support
  • Help upskill teams and managers in practical, responsible, and effective AI usage
  • Measure usage, workflow impact, productivity improvement, and business value realization
  • Coordinate across business, technical, data, risk, and governance stakeholders to embed solutions into real operations
Skills:
Required Profile
  • Experience in product management, digital transformation, process improvement, consulting, or business transformation
  • Demonstrated experience implementing at least one AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution
  • Ability to assess and redesign workflows in a structured, business-oriented way
  • Experience driving cross-functional stakeholder alignment and execution
  • Experience supporting adoption, training, or organizational change for new tools or workflows
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and structured problem-solving skills
  • Comfort operating in a hands-on role that spans strategy through execution
AI-Native Expectations
  • Uses AI to improve personal productivity, quality, planning, analysis, and communication
  • Understands how to move from experimentation to disciplined business implementation
  • Can design human-plus-AI workflows rather than simply recommend tools
  • Can credibly coach others because they actively use AI in their own day-to-day work
Key Deliverables
  • Prioritized AI use case pipeline
  • Current-state and future-state workflow assessments
  • AI product requirements and implementation roadmap
  • Business-specific agent or AI workflow deployment plans
  • Adoption and workforce upskilling plan
  • Impact measurement framework and leadership updates
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience.

About Company

WE THE TEKWISSEN PEOPLE

TekWissen offers you a broader portfolio of services, industry-leading solutions, and the meaningful innovations that give you greater flexibility and speed to respond to market dynamics, reduced costs and risk to improve enterprise performance, and increased productivity to enable growth.

To keep pace with global market demands, TekWissen keeps its finger on the pulse of change. Our organized approach to guiding a project from its inception to closure. Managing projects is becoming more and more important as we enter the digital era. To cope with the pace that this transition demands, a method is required to manage projects so they can yield quality work, while incorporating efficient use of time and resources.

Project involves identifying which quality standards are relevant to the project and determining how to satisfy them.

It is important to perform quality planning during the Planning Process and should be done alongside the other project planning processes because changes in the quality will likely require changes in the other planning processes, or the desired product quality may require a detailed risk analysis of an identified problem. It is important to remember that quality should be planned, designed, then built in, not added on after the fact.

Capabilities and accomplishments in one TekWissen business enhance the opportunity for success in the others. Put simply, TekWissen's unique combination of attributes promotes success.
