AI Business Transformation Consultant
Hybrid | North Dallas Area (2-3 Days Onsite Weekly)
$135,000 - $165,000 Base Salary + 10% Annual Bonus
Drive Enterprise AI Adoption and Business Transformation
Our client is seeking an AI Business Transformation Consultant to help accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across a large, growing enterprise organization.

This highly visible role will partner with business leaders and technology teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, develop scalable AI-enabled workflows, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes through responsible AI adoption.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and workflow design with strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, change management, and business process improvement capabilities.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organization's AI strategy while helping leaders and employees effectively leverage emerging AI technologies to transform the way they work.

NOTE: This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence in the North Dallas area 2-3 days per week. Limited regional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities AI Strategy, Enablement & Adoption
  • Partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Shared Services, Human Resources, Customer Experience, and Technology teams to identify practical AI opportunities.
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend AI-assisted solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and decision-making.
  • Help business teams adopt AI responsibly while maintaining appropriate governance and human oversight.
  • Define, measure, and report on AI adoption success metrics and business outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI capabilities, opportunities, and emerging trends.
AI Workflow Design & Prompt Engineering
  • Design, test, document, and optimize reusable prompts, workflows, templates, and AI-assisted business processes.
  • Develop scalable solutions that improve consistency, accuracy, productivity, and user adoption.
  • Help business users effectively structure context, source material, and business rules to maximize AI effectiveness.
  • Establish validation processes and quality controls for AI-generated outputs.
  • Continuously refine AI workflows based on usage patterns, feedback, and business results.
Enterprise AI Platform Support
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert for approved AI platforms and generative AI technologies.
  • Support AI platform configuration, governance, controls, and administrative processes.
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical business applications.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, trends, platform advancements, and new AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to identify integration and automation opportunities.
Training, User Adoption & Change Management
  • Deliver workshops, demonstrations, training sessions, and hands-on coaching programs.
  • Help leaders and employees understand AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and best practices.
  • Promote AI literacy and organizational readiness across multiple business functions.
  • Develop adoption strategies that encourage sustainable and measurable AI usage.
  • Serve as a champion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Governance, Security & Compliance
  • Partner with Security, Compliance, Legal, Data Governance, Risk Management, and Technology teams.
  • Support initiatives related to privacy, security, responsible AI practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Help ensure AI solutions align with organizational standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Assist in developing guidance regarding approved AI tools, acceptable use, and risk mitigation.
  • Advocate for responsible and ethical use of AI technologies.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, technology adoption, automation, analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing generative AI platforms and AI-enabled solutions within a business environment.
  • Experience developing prompts, templates, instructions, workflows, or AI-assisted business processes.
  • Strong understanding of AI adoption methodologies, workflow design, user enablement, and organizational change management.
  • Experience evaluating, validating, and improving AI-generated outputs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation or AI adoption initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
  • Familiarity with AI administration, governance, controls, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with AI integrations, APIs, automation platforms, connectors, or orchestration tools.
  • Experience working within highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting analytics, reporting, automation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Background in consulting, business transformation, innovation, or organizational change management.
